Cool site... People are A** holes 2.0???? Did they not read it, do they not understand ? I think its a great design. BTW, did you actually make a shirt and if so, how
I was reading the comments on this, and was appalled to find:
"The Government's only role is to protect us from foreign invaders, run the police, fire fighters, the courts and protect our contracts. It was never supposed to interfere with the economy and tell others how to run their businesses or lives."
I find this idea quite frankly terrifying. Unregulated megabusinesses accountable to no one for pollution, wages, worker conditions or anything????
That's just as bad, if not worse than anything the hobbling representative republic (okay, so it's not a democracy) could morph into. Voting may be a sham game, but at least the government has to keep up an appearance of operating by the people, or openly become a police state (if the population became more involved in politics, things would probably change). But businesses? Businesses are for profit, not people. They have sucked up the wealth in this country and funneled it to the top percentile. How much worse do you think that's going to get if they don't have at least some checks and balances? The way businesses already have a stranglehold on much of politics is an indication that they are as good as another branch of government.
Don't let that fox out among my chickens, thanks. The pen is there for a reason, even if I might cut my fingers re-wiring it sometimes.
Please vote and get your friends to do so, if possible by any chance. Thank you man.
